Effective October 2026. ClaimForge is in early access; this page covers what we collect today and will be updated before we accept any records.
What we collect right now
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist, and which signup form you used.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop automated signups. We don't store the address itself.
That's it. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts, and no cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you when your early-access spot is ready and to send occasional product updates, which you can stop at any time. We never sell, rent or share your email with anyone for marketing.
Where it's stored
In an encrypted database in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States, with access limited to ClaimForge.
Your choices
To be removed from the list, or to ask what we hold about you, email privacy@claimforge.com. We'll handle it promptly.
Records you upload (coming later)
Before ClaimForge accepts any documents, this policy will be expanded to describe exactly how uploaded records are stored, who can access them, how long they're kept and how you delete them. You'll be asked to agree to it before uploading anything.
